The Bump Plan – Terms & Conditions



Please read our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before signing up to subscribe. By signing up to The Bump Plan, you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. On signing up to The Bump Plan, these Terms together with the items listed in paragraph 2, below, constitute a subscription contract (your “Subscription”) between you and us, Pilates PT Ltd (The Bump Plan) for your Subscription to The Bump Plan.

In these Terms “we”/”us”/”our” means Pilates PT and “you”/”your”/”yours” means you, the customer.


Very important: your health and wellbeing


  • Please consult with your doctor prior to starting The Bump Plan.
  • If at any point during any exercise you start to feel faint, dizzy or nauseous please stop immediately.
  • You are responsible for exercising within your limits.
  • If you are pregnant, you must please take special care and don’t push yourself to exhaustion.
  • Make sure you stay hydrated and take breaks whenever you feel it necessary.




The nature of our business means that we will collect and process certain of your personal data from time to time.




The Bump Plan was created and is supplied by Pilates PT Limited whose registered office is 5 Technology Park, Colindeep Lane, Colindale, London, United Kingdom, NW9 6BX and whose company number is 10229840, subject to the following express Terms.




All new members have the opportunity to sign up for an initial 7-day free trial. Your card details will be taken at this point and exactly 7-days later you will automatically roll on to the full subscription paying £35 per month, with a one-off fee of either £55 for your luxury starter pack  or £15 for your essentials starter pack (international members will also pay postage for their starter pack). If you wish to cancel your subscription within the 7-day free trial you must head to the ‘My Account’ section of The Bump Plan to cancel. If you do not cancel within the 7-day trial you will automatically be charged and (if you selected to receive one) your starter pack will be sent.




You will sign up for The Bump Plan by paying an initial fee of either £55 for a luxury starter pack or £15 for an essentials starter pack (international members will pay Postage and Packing which is calculated and stated at checkout), plus an upfront fee of £35, with monthly payments of £35 thereafter. Your Subscription will continue on a monthly on-going basis unless you cancel your membership. Once you have reached week 35 of your pregnancy you will be alerted on your ‘My Account’ area that you are now eligible (once you have given birth to your baby) to join The Bump Plan Postnatal. You will not need to set up another subscription as your initial £35/month subscription will continue, unless cancelled.




When you sign up to The Bump Plan you will be given the option to choose either a luxury starter pack of physical items such as equipment, beauty products and supplements (this is charged at £55, plus postage if sent internationally) or an essentials starter pack comprised of a resistance band and Pilates ball (this is charged at £15, plus postage if sent internationally)




In signing up to The Bump Plan you are consenting to your details being added to our database and you will receive regular emails from us. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need these details removing.




Your booking for The Bump Plan is not complete until you have received a purchase confirmation from us. If you do not receive confirmation please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] You will also receive a payment confirmation from Stripe once you have made your payment. If you have selected one your starter pack will not be sent out via post until you have made the appropriate payment via Stripe AND submitted your consultation form.




We will compensate you for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of a breach of the duties imposed on us by law. However, our liability to you may be mitigated to the extent the loss or damage is attributed to:

  1. Your own fault;
  2. A third party unconnected with the provision of our services; or
  3. Events which we could not have foreseen or avoided even if we had taken all of the responsible precautions our liability to compensate you (other than in the case of personal injury or death caused by our negligence) will be limited to the amount that you have paid to us in the previous 12 months or £100 whichever is the greater having regard to such factors as whether the loss or damage was due to a negligent act or omission by us.




We reserve the right to review and change The Bump Plan fees periodically.

If you have purchased a monthly Subscription then your monthly Subscription fees will remain the same as you commit to at your Subscription start date throughout the Subscription period that you initially commit to. The Subscription fee is subject to change if you unsubscribe and subscribe again at a later date.




All payments for your Subscription are to be made by debit or credit card via Stripe.




If your Bump Plan fees become overdue, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the resources on the Website until the overdue sums are paid in full. Should you default on payments to us, we reserve the right to notify the default to a credit reference agency or other third party as part of our efforts to obtain payment from you.




In addition to the rights set out in the section below entitled “Refunds” you may cancel your participation in The Bump Plan by clicking on My Account > Subscriptions > select your subscription and click ‘Cancel’. Once you have clicked ‘Cancel’ you will still have access to your subscription until the end of your current payment cycle, whereupon it will permanently cancel (i.e. if you pay for your subscription on the 5th of the month, then cancel on the 10th, you will still have access to your plan until the 5th of the next month whereupon it will cancel. You can reinstate your plan at any time within this period). You will continue to be responsible for paying your monthly subscription payments for The Bump Plan in respect of the period prior to the date on which your Subscription actually ends.




You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your Subscription within 14 days from the date of transaction, provided that you have not accessed or started downloading any online content and have kept any physical items we have sent you in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.

In order to receive your refund you must please return any physical items we have sent you as part of your Subscription at your own cost. Please email us for the address to return the starter pack to.




If you selected to receive one delivery of your starter pack will be made once you have made your initial payment via Stripe AND submitted your consultation form. You will also receive an e-mail to confirm your starter pack has been sent. The cost of delivery within England, Wales and Scotland is included in the price of The Bump Plan. All delivery times are subject to change, however for deliveries: (i) in England, Wales and Scotland we usually expect delivery to occur within 3-4 working days of the date the starter pack is sent; (ii) for deliveries in Europe we usually expect delivery to occur within 7-10 working days of the date the equipment is sent; and (iii) for deliveries anywhere else in the world, we usually expect delivery to occur within 2-3 weeks of the date the starter pack is sent

We shall not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of these terms by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to these Terms if the delay was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of god, terrorism, explosion, flood, storm, fire, war or threat of war, riot, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary, or local authority, strikes, lockouts or other industrial action or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or those of any third party), I.T, viruses, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery, power failure or breakdown in machinery.




No delay or failure by either party to exercise any of its powers, rights or remedies under these Terms will operate as a waiver of them, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver, to be effective, must be in writing.




If any part of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from these Terms, the remainder of which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.




These Terms together with our disclaimer and any policies we have in force from time to time constitute the entire agreement between us and you and shall have effect to the exclusion of any other memorandum, agreement, or understanding of any kind, whether oral or written, between us and you.




These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
