Nourish is the first book written by Hollie grant & Nutritionist Jenny Millichip.
Rather than just being a recipe book, ‘Nourish’ seeks to educate the reader as to what makes up our food, how we can make more balanced decisions around our eating, and there is a fair amount of debunking of diet myths in the process.
‘Nourish’ consists of two main sections:
1. Fats/Proteins/Carbohydrates/Sugar: Hollie and Jenny examine what exactly they all are and how they make up the food we eat
2. Recipes: the book contains 23 of Hollie and Jennys favourite recipes ranging from breakfast through to puddings. It even contains four exclusive recipes from Gizzi Erskine, Julie Montagu, and Tanya Maher.
