Vanessa is our resident Physio and has trained in The Pilates PT Method under Hollie. Vanessa is a UK qualified Physical Therapist with a degree in Physical Education from her beautiful country of birth, New Zealand.
She holds qualifications from APPI and Balanced Body in Matwork, Pre & Post Natal and reformer Pilates.
Lucy's inspiration and style comes from a love of Parkour, Pilates, Krav Maga, Bouldering and childhood influences of competitive disciplines (gymnastics, ice skating, skiing, trampolining and ballet).
Lucy loves functional movement and using your own body weight to keep you strong, healthy and ready for your everyday challenges.
Growing up with a passion for fitness, Yvonne has first-hand experience training for numerous competitive sport and endurance events in Australia.
Through this, she has acquired a deep understanding of functional & varied training techniques which focus on correct technique, posture and muscular awareness to help clients achieve a better outcome in their fitness training and habitual lifestyle.
Jess's love affair with reformer started after a physio recommended that she try it out.
After a number of years practicing reformer and going to a mixture of HIIT, barre, kettlebells, yoga (amongst other!) classes, Jess realised that working in the fitness industry was a dream she wanted to pursue.
Coming from a professional dance background spanning stage, television and film, Kiri has gathered a wealth of knowledge on technique and movement that she brings to her work in fitness..
A singer and dancer since the age of nine when her passion for music was ignited. Charlotte originally trained in Malta, where she is from, before moving to London to pursue a career in Musical Theatre.
She completed her training at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts, and has since performed in venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and various theatres including the West End.
Chloe is passionate about functional training, fitness, health and feeling great. She is a professional Personal Trainer, Barre Instructor and a Polestar trained Pilates instructor.
